Hello folks, we are once again making plans for the new growing season. Even though we are starting a little late this year, the current batch of chicks is doing great and will be going to pasture this coming week. At this point we are not sure exactly how many batches we will raise this season, but we are planning to do as many batches as it takes to fill all orders and fill our freezers for the winter season.

We have set the processing dates for the first two batches and will be posting the dates for the rest of the batches a little later in the season. As many of you remember, there will be two processing dates for each batch. And for you who prefer smaller chickens, the first processing date of each bath is always best. If you prefer the larger ones, the second processing date is always best.

FIRST BATCH: June 10, 2012 and June 17, 2012

SECOND BATCH: July 15, 2012 and July 22, 2012

We thank you for your continued patronage and we look forward to seeing many of you during the summer months. We congratulate all of you for choosing Cackleberry Farms for your source of all-natural chickens, eggs and beef. More and more people are choosing to know the source of their food and how it was raised. And for giving us your vote of confidence, again, we thank you.
