Because of a large carryover from last season, we have started our pastured poultry unusually late this year.
Right now we are planning to raise at least two batches of chickens, which will translate into four processing dates. Please watch these dates closely, as there is always a possibility of an emergency or a change of plans.
Our current batch of chicks is doing very well and look like they should be ready on schedule. Please take note of the following dates:
BATCH NUMBER ONE:
Processing # one: July 26, 2015
Processing # two: August 2, 2015
BATCH NUMBER TWO:
Processing # one: August 30, 2015
Processing # two: September 6, 2015
